Dr. Luther and Marilyn Brewer commissioned me to create this sculpture in memory of one triplet's grandchild, which did not live long after birth.
I created this interactive sculpture "Isaac" as a Butterfly Angel. "Isaac" is using a real magnifying glass to look at a butterfly that landed on the page of a book next to the poem that his grandmother wrote to him. With the low stand, children can reach the glass and magnify the butterfly, too. "Isaac" is now in the permanent collection of the Salado Public Library.
